About Me
Road to where I am.
University of Edinburgh, College of Arts, Graduate Ba(Hons), Product Design.
Who am I
Currently finishing my Ba(Hons) and plan to relocate to London for work prosperity.
As a designer, I push myself into unfamiliar and challenging situations, as they drive me to stay inventive and original. I value both innovation and I stay aware of existing design styles and trends, using them to ground my work within the contemporary design world while still developing my own voice.
My background is, I was born in Brussels and shortly after moved to Bonn, Germany, where I spent most of my childhood. During this time, I attended British and American international schools, which exposed me to a diverse community of people from around the world. In my teenage years, I moved to the UK, first living in the East Midlands for two years before relocating to the Bath area, where I am based when I’m not studying in Edinburgh at university.
Software Skills
My academic and professional years of skill development through schooling, university and internships
Across these years and differing experiences, I have learnt several differing software suites as I have been lucky enough to have overlaps with software through schooling and university mainly. I have also further developed my skills across internships and work experiences to further my arsenal of software skills
Experience
Industry experience
I developed a further range of skills developed over internships, work experience, and cadet training adding to my arsenal of skill.
Deeper insight to my life through hobbies and interests outside of work
When I'm not working I like exploring the snowy mountains on skis and I have been since a young age. My strong passion for automotive design sparked from my love of everything combustion engine, with my own project of a 1990 Mazda Mx5. My strong love for sports, especially rugby was strengthened during my time at university living in Edinburgh with easy connection to Murrayfield.
